CrossFit:

3 Hang Power Snatch E3M for 7 Rounds

Build to approximately 80% of your 1RM Snatch. At the start of each three minute segment perform three hang power snatches.

 

Fitness:

E3M for seven rounds

3 Double Bell C&J 30/50# +/-

3-5 Strict Pull Ups

3-5 Strict Ring Dips

Choose reps that will be repeatable for seven rounds and keep movements as strict as possible.
