4. 6 KB Back lunge to hip Hinge R. Leg
5. 6 KB Back lunge to hip Hinge L. Leg
6. 6-8 Chin Ups / Peg Board Chin Ups

Today’s workout is a little strength grinder. Pick weights that will challenge you and allow you to maintain consistent rest for each round. Sleds should have 3, 4 & 5 plates on them for options to push. Modify weights and movements as needed to get the best movement and range of motion possible.
