Today’s workout is a longer conditioning piece with some skill work involved. Perform 30 reps of toes to bar followed by your 400m or 500m row. If you’re doing hanging leg raise, double the required reps for T2B. Rope climbs can be substituted to “grounded rope climbs” for the same number of reps as rope climbs or chin ups for 10, 8, 6.
