Todays workout is made up of two fifteen minute AMRAP’s. Each AMRAP includes a 200m run that can be substituted for rowing, biking, elliptical or arm circles depending on what you have available to you. All you need is a single DB for this workout and a surface to jump up on for box jumps or tuck jumps. Pace yourself as always so you can move consistently through the movements and not need to stop and rest too much.
