Today’s workout is two parts with each being three, three minute rounds and a 1:30 rest between each round. Push the pace as you’ll be getting a rest every three minutes. Pick up where you left off after the break and count your total rounds for both segments. Choose weights you can ideally go unbroken with especially in part B.
