B. 4 RFT

Workout Notes/Intentions: for part A, sit on a box or bench for the seated strict press. Focus on the tempo. Use the same box or bench for the rows, again respecting the tempo.

For Part B, use whatever machine you choose or is available. The wallballs should be unbroken, and the t2b should be 1-2 sets. Pick up the pace on your last round so you can finish strong and have the last round be your best.
