A. E6:00x 5 sets
300m run
20 DB snatches @35/50#
15 burpees
20 pullups
B. 4 sets
15 hollow rocks
30 slow mountain climbers
60 bicycles
Workout Notes/Intentions: for Part A, we will have a clock counting 6 minute intervals. In 6 minutes, you complete all of the above listed movements in that order, and any remaining time is your rest. The quicker you go, the more rest you get. If you aren’t getting enough, cut the reps back slightly to allow you to recover and maintain your efforts.
Part B is core work- you can complete it in your own time taking rest as you need until you get all 4 sets done.
