Tuesday 06-02-2020 Workout Of the Day

A. EMOM x 15
1: 5/side step ups (DB or KB)
2: 5/side single arm press (DB or KB)
3: 7/side single arm DB/KB row

B. 5 RFT (time cap 13 min)
12/10 cal bike
10 wallballs
10 pushups

Workout Notes/Intentions:
Part A is a strength EMOM. All exercises should be performed in your individual space/box. Try to minimize extra weights and use the same bell for as many of the exercises as you can.
Aim for unbroken reps on part B. It should be a hard effort with quick transitions. If you are just getting back into workouts after some time off, opt for 3 rounds of Part B.
