Workout Notes: Building on last weeks back squats, we are down to 5 sets of 2 reps this week. Try to add weight from last week if you were here when we squatted on Friday. You will perform a set every 3:30, so there is lots of time to sit down, rest, and let those legs recover between sets.

Part B is a short metcon. You will do 21 cals on the echo bike, followed by 21 hang squat cleans and 21 toes to bar (sub hanging leg raise or dragon flags if needed). Followed by 15 of each and then finally 9 reps of each. The barbell weight should be fairly light; something you could do about 10 reps with before dropping. Ladies are doing the same number of cals as the guys today! Your round of 9 should be unbroken!
