Workout Notes/Intentions:Today’s workout is a long chipper! It will begin with wallballs- try to do these in a couple of sets; quick 10’s if needed. Steady on the box jumps, just try to keep moving. You can break up the single DB clean and jerks however you like, switching hands whenever you need to. The lunges will be done with 2 dumbbells at your side, try to get them done in 1-2 sets. The devils press are challenging and tiring, but it’s only 10 reps. Every 6 minutes you will be interrupted to run 300m. Come back in and continue where you left off. Get through as many rounds and reps as possible in 36 minutes. Workout ends with the 6th and final 300m run when the final bell goes.
