A. E 1:30 x 8 sets
1 snatch pull + 1 squat snatch
B. 12 min AMRAP
4 power snatch @65/95#
8 lateral bar burpees
Workout Notes/Intentions:Part A will begin with a build, and then you will hit your working sets all together as a class. Sit down and rest between sets. If it’s looking and feeling good today, you can get heavy with it.
In Part B, the snatches should be unbroken each round. Pace the burpees. If you need to break up the t2b, try to get over halfway. Aim for about 5 rounds.
