Today is this week’s “Heavy Day”. use today for some raw strength building with the strict press & technical skill development and timing with the push press and the jerk. Your start and finish position should be the same for all three lifts. How you get there will change.

  • General rule of thumb… If you’re looking good and moving well, add some weight.
