3 Front Squats @ 31×1 Tempo

Build to a heavy three tempo front squats for todays workout then perform six sets as a group. Keep in mind that three reps is a lot different than three tempo reps as you’ll be under tension for a longer period of time.

Hang Power Cleans
Ring Dips

Intermediate: 65/95#
Beginner: 55/75# +/-

Part B is a little 21-15-9 action. Pick a weight you’ll be able to do your set of 21 in no more than three sets, two sets fro the round of 15 and unbroken for the round of 9. Dips can be ring, box or bench.
