1 Squat Clean + 2 Front Squats & 3-5 Chin Ups

In a three minute window, perform the clean complex and 3-5 chin ups. Have weight nearby and try adding weight each round if possible.

10 Front Squats

6 Ring Dips

RX: 65/95#
Intermediate: 55/75#
Beginner: 45/55#

Part B. is a short AMRAP with three movements. Pick methods and weights you can go unbroken with. Kettlebells may be used if an ideal front rack position can’t be achieved with a barbell.
