*Every 5 Minutes run 200m

Today’s workout can be done with a Barbell, DB’s or Kettlebells. The sets are a little longer so if you’re deciding between weights, go a little lighter 🙂
If you have the ability to split this with a partner or do it Synchro pair up as it will be wayyyyyyy more fun!

There will be a total of five runs at the following minute marks in the workout 5, 10, 15, 20 & 25. Pay attention to the clock (or the coach if you’re hitting the Zoom class) and enjoy the WOD!
