400/500m Ski
30 Alternating Front Rack Lunges (same weight as front squats)

RX: Row 800/1000m BB @ 95/135# Ski 400/500m
Intermediate: Row 800/1000m BB @ 65/95# Ski 400/500m
Beginner: Row 600/800m BB @ 55/75# Ski 300/400m

Today’s workout will be about consistency. Be consistent on your row and ski and make sure to choose a weight that you’ll be able to do 10 unbroken reps with each set ideally no more than two breaks per set if possible.
