Workout Notes: Part A will be from the rack. We are building on last week; if you were present for back squats then try to increase weight from last week. Build to a heavy set of 3 reps. Your last rep should be challenging. Sit down and rest between sets.
Part B is a 12 minute AMRAP. Barbell weight for thrusters is light- choose a weight you can maintain unbroken reps throughout. Rowers will be set up facing the clock, with barbells between the rig and rowers. Pcae yourself and keep transitions smooth and quick.
