Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s workout is a long one, but there is built in rest after each round, so you just be able to push the pace on your last movement each round. Try to go unbroken on the dumbbell snatches if possible. Pullups should be doable in 1-2 sets. Try to be consistent on the burpee box jumps and pick it up in the last few reps, as you do get rest right after. To finish under the time cap, you will need your rounds to be around 4:30.
