Workout Notes/Intentions: Today’s workout is a pyramid style chipper. Reps ascend and then descend to the starting reps. Wallballs and Cals are the same rep numbers, and burpees and devil’s press are half. You will do 10 wallballs, 5 burpee box jumps, 10 cals, 5 devil’s press. Then you will do 20 wallballs, 10 bbj’s, 20 cals, 10 devil’s press. Proceed in this manner.
