150m Sprint Row

2-3 Sled Sprints (empty)

50′ Loaded Carry (HEAVY)

This should be a high output workout. Athletes should be getting approximately 60- 90 seconds rest for this workout. If your pace slows on the sleds or the rower the drop one length on the sled sprint or 50m on the row. Remember the goal is intensity. The weight being used for the loaded carries should be picked up immediately after your last sled sprint!!!
