Today we’ll max out our power cleans at 80% of 1RM. In part A. build to a challenging three TNG power cleans up to or around your 80%. Part B. is one attempt at a maximum number of power cleans at 80% to technical failure. If you’re not sure of your 1RM use your heaviest set (or just under) of 3 TNG for your weight.

Part C. is five rounds for time. Choose a weight you can hit a minimum of 5 TNG power cleans under fatigue with and keep in mind that those legs will be taxed with the box jumps thrown in there.
