50 Box Jump Overs / Step Overs
50 Ring / Box / Bench Dips
50 Walking DB Lunges (single DB same weight as snatches)
50 Kcal Ski
Today’s workout is a longer partner workout. Alternate working partners until you complete all the reps in each exercise before moving on to the next. Modify weights and movements as necessary to stay consistent.
