Hang Snatch + Snatch (from the ground) + OHS

Build to and through your rounds of hang snatches. Keep the weight in a place where you can move well and stay fast.

*For members who don’t have an optimal overhead position, perform the clean variation.

This is a short AMRAP that will get you moving quick. All three exercises won’t interfere with each other which means you shouldn’t need to stop for too long before jumping into the next movement.
