Todays workout is a 30 minute AMRAP that can be done with DB’s (30’s/40’s) Kettlebells (30’s/40’s) or a Barbell @ ~85/115# Choose variations that will allow you to break only once with the movements if needed (especially in the later rounds). If you’re doing this on your own, set a timer for every five minutes in the workout to perform a 200m run. Runs will happen at the 5, 10, 15, 20 & 25 minute marks in the workout. After each run pick up where you left off with the movements. Your score is the total number of rounds and reps completed not including your runs.

If you can, hit the workout earlier or later as tomorrow’s gonna be a hot one!
