1: 5/side single DB push press @31×1
2: 6 chinups
3: 7/side single DB/KB floor press
4: 8 dbl DB curl to press
B. 4 RFT

Workout Notes/Intentions: For Part A, you will likely need several different KB’s/DB’s to challenge you for the different movements. You will complete 5 rounds, in an EMOM style. The push press and the floor press should be heavy for you. Challenge yourself with the appropriate weights.
Part B is a simple couplet, with a 9 minute time cap. It’s not a super long workout, so don’t be too conservative with pacing. Swings unbroken, steady burpees. Last set of burpees should be quick!
