A.
E2:30 – 6 (15 min)
1 Squat Clean + 2 Hang Squat Cleans
Build to and through your sets of hang squat cleans. If you don’t have an ideal front rack position, perform the movement with Kettlebells for 5 reps each round.
B.
5 RFT (Cap 18)
“Bottleneck”

8 Power Cleans
6 Strict C2B Pull Ups

Intermediate: 65/95#
Beginner 55/75# +/-
Part B will be a fast paced workout. Pick movements you can go unbroken on and challenge yourself on the strict pull ups. Try and level up a little by doing C2B, Using a smaller band then normal or adding a slight tempo to the movement.
