Ladies and gentleman we would like to introduce Power On The Prairies a two-day competition hosted by Starke CrossFit. After a lot of team meetings, emails, discussions, messages and an overwhelming response to put on an event (not in September) We’re committed to providing one fo the best CrossFit events the province has ever seen.
Find a same-sex partner that you’d want to spend the weekend with May 4th and 5th In a Novice, Intermediate, or RX’d category.
Day one will boast a city center off-site workout (don’t worry, it’s not swimming) that will be a Games worthy experience for all levels.
Put your fitness to the test in May and “Let the fourth be with you”.
