Tosay’s workout is a looooong AMRAP. This workout should keep you moving and not have you stuck in any one place for too long. Reps should lie unbroken with chosen weights and movements and cals should be your “recovery” but stay consistent. You may ask yourself “And why is the carpet all wet, Todd?” It’s probably because of the wall walks 🙂
