Workout Notes: We have 3 x 10 minute ladders today. Start at 2 reps of each movement and add 2 reps every round, getting as high as you can in the 10 minutes. Each kettlebell movement is single KB. For C&J and step ups 2 reps = 1 per side. Try to go unbroken through your rounds of 10 at least. Limit transition times by having your equipment close together.
