Today we build on our deadlift cycle. If you’re competing in the Open, use today as a movement day and NOT a day to go heavy and max out. Join in the warmup for class and work on some mobility or body work to allow yourself to prepare for the open workout on Saturday.

*The Open workout has been released and there will be rowing, deadlifts and skipping in the workout. Use today as an opportunity to set up your equipment for the open, work on your transitions from one exercise to the other and get in some skipping / DU work.
