Today is a little test day for our deadlift cycle. Use part A. as a bit of a primer and prep for part B. You should end up around 75% of your 1RM to kick off part B by the end of part A. Add in some KB Strict press once recovered from your deadlifts but make sure to perform your deadlifts first as they are the priority.
 
Part C will be short and spicy. Try to hold onto your bell for the 50 snatches on both sides of the bike and see who can cross the finish line first! Make sure you have a solid lockout at the top of each rep.
