A. E75s x 5 rounds (31:15)
1: 6/leg bulgarian split squats
2: 6 chinups
3: 6/leg staggered stance DL’s
4: 6 strict ring dips
5: 2x sled push

10 curls
10 skull crushers

Workout Notes: Part A is a full body strength session. You will perform one movement in a 75 second window; the time you have left is your rest period. You will get a lot more rest on the chinups and ring dips, and less on the other movements. Add weight to your chinups and dips if possible. Challenge yourself with variations and weights today.

Part B is a quick cashout and can be done with dumbbells or barbells. Try to rest as minimally as possible!
