Workout Notes: Today we have three 10 minute ladders, with 3 minutes of rest between each. You will start at 2 reps for each of the dumbbell movements, and add two reps every set. After each set of the DB movement, you will have a set number of reps of a second exercise. Get as high as you can in the ladder in 10 minutes. One rep on one side counts as one (e.g. 4 step ups = 2 on the right and 2 on the left). Record your scores for each portion.
