Workout Notes: Part A is from the rack. We will be hitting 5×5 front squats once a week for the next few weeks with the goal of increasing weight each week. Find a challenging weight for today and sit down to rest between sets.

Part B is 2 minutes work, 1 minute rest for 5 rounds total. Start with 10 front squats, 10 box jumps and then row for max calories in the time remaining. Record your calories every round. Aim for consistency and a slightly increased effort each round.
