Today’s workout is three “mini” AMRAP’s Have all your gear ready as equipment should be set up in stations so bigger classes can start in a different order as needed. Pick weights you can go unbroken with and keep moving. Keep count of your rounds and score each of the AMRAP’s separately. You decide which APRAP is Cinderella and which are the step sisters 🙂
