Today’s couplet should be consistent. Your set of 50 snatches should be done in 1-3 sets, 40 1-2 sets, 30 1-2 sets 20 and 10 unbroken. Sit ups should be touching the ground above your head and and then your fee with each sit up. Move quick, move consistently and move well!
