20 BB Hang Clusters
10 Ring Muscle Ups (or 10 burpee C2B pull ups)

DB Weights RX: 35/50# Int: 30/40# Beg: 25/35# +/-
BB Weights RX: 65/95# Int: 55/75# Beg: 45/55# +/-

Two rounds of todays workout means twice the fun! DB Snatches should be done in 1-3 sets and clusters in 2-4 Sets. Pick weights and movements you can keep moving consistently with and enjoy the ride!
