Today’s workout is a little back squat session for part a where we will continue to climb in descend the mountain. You’ll have a chance to build to a challenging wait for your first five reps and then hopefully go a little bit heavier on the backside of the mountain.

Part B is a little 21-15-9 action but you’ve got four exercises to complete for those reps schemes. Choose a weight that will allow you to perform your front squats in two sets in the round of 21, 1 to 2 sets in the round of 15 and unbroken on the round of nine. power cleans are from the ground and you should be able to do 7 to 10 unbroken touch and go power cleans with the weight you’ve chosen.
