Today is LEG DAY. In part A we’ll be building up to around 80% of our one RM front squat. Part B is a single max set at 80% to technical failure. Put on your headband, knee sleeves, lifters, weight belts and some extra deodorant. It’s GO TIME!!!
Part C. has a fifteen minute cap. Double unders can be converted to single skips. Make sure you have quick pull up variations and your squats should be done in 1-2 sets in your round of 21-18 & 15
