30 BB Front Squats
30 Pull-Ups (C2B / Pull Up / Ring Row)
30 BB Alternating Front Rack Lunges
30 DB Push Ups (deficit)
30 BB Back Squat Jumps
30 OH KBS 35/50#
*E5M perform 30 kcal on the ECHO bike. @ 5 min, 10 min, 15 min, 20 min & 25 min before picking up where you left off.
Partner up and throw down. Modify weights and movements as needed. Keep in mind that partnering up doesn’t mean that you need to split all the work 50% for every movement. Put in your work and don’t bury yourself with reps as you’ll be able to recover (somewhat) while your partner is working.
