GYM NEWS: We hope everyone is doing well and staying safe. With the newest Public Health Orders in effect Saturday, we’re waiting to see if they will allow outdoor workouts like they did before. Work :30 Rest :30 for five rounds (30 min)
“Pump N Flex”

DB Chest Press
Chin Ups
Push Ups
Bent Over Rows
Press downs / Scull crushers / Kickbacks
Bicep Curls

This workout is thirty seconds of work and thirty seconds of rest / transition from one movement to the other. Make sure you’re picking weights and movements that you can work through for most of the 30 second work period. If you need to pause and get back to work, go for it but choose your weights wisely 🙂
