Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A and B are the same format, separated by 5 minutes of rest. You have a 12 minute window to work. In that time you will do 21-15-9 of the two movements indicated. (i.e. 21 front squats, 21 bbj, 15 FS, 15 bbj, 9 FS, 9 bbj) then in the time that remains, you will be on a machine accumulating calories. During your rest you can wipe down and switch machines for variety. You should get a few minutes on the machine. Depending on how much time is left, you will have to set your pace on the machine accordingly. Half the class can start on B if needed for equipment and spacing.
