Friday 7-30-2021 Workout Of the Day

A. 5 sets:
5 BB bench press
5/leg bulgarian split squats @33×1

B. 15 min ladder
*35 DU after each round

Workout Notes/Intentions: You will need a bench for Part A. You will build to a heavy 5 reps of bench press for your working sets. Between each set you will also do 5 split squats on each leg. Focus on the tempo- 3 seconds down, 3 seconds at the bottom, explode up, one second at the top. Rest as needed.

Part B is a longer ladder. You will increase by 3 reps each round. Perform 35 DU or 70 single skips after each round of swings and pushups. You should be able to go unbroken on the swings into rounds 15 and 18.
