Today we build on our squat clean cycle. Part A. gives us an opportunity to build to our 70% starting weight for part B. Part A can be touch and go OR singles. When you get to part B. You should be going singles only and focusing on one perfect rep at a time.

Part C. is will get you bouncing off the walls with Box jumps and the echo bike. Pace yourself to keep moving and finish quick in your final few rounds. Pay attention to the box height as it may seem like it’s getting a little taller each round.
