A. E4:00 x 5 sets
10 BB back squat jumps into..
12 BB back rack lunges into…
10/12 cals

B. 10 min AMRAP
20 jumping lunges
15 KBS @35/50#
10 pushups

Workout Notes/Intentions: Part A will be done with a barbell in your training box. You will clean the bar and pop it onto your back for your set. You will go straight into the lunges after the back squat jumps. Back squat jumps should be straight through. Once you put the bar down, you will hop on a machine of your choice and spring out 12/10 cals. You will perform a new set every 4 minutes. Sit down and rest between sets. You should get plenty of time to recover (~2 minutes).

For Part B, jumping lunges are bodyweight. KB swings should be overhead for those that are able. Everything is light and meant to be unbroken, allowing you to move for the full 10 minutes and accumulate several rounds (4-5+)
