Today’s workout is a little strict pressing strength. Find a challenging weight to kick off your five reps with and increase the load as the reps decrease by one each round. Finish off with your heaviest single attempts.

Part B. is an EMOM. Choose a weight you can go unbroken with on all nine reps. You should be getting around 35-40 seconds rest each round.
