Workout Notes/Intentions: We are likely going to be using the previous class structure of having half the class do A first and half the class do B first, fairly often again. For Part A, you will build to a challenging weight, maintaining the tempo. You get lot’s of rest so you can go pretty heavy with it.
In Part B, the front squats will be the most cardiovascular demanding. Use the pushups and anchored sit ups to try and recover and catch your breath. If you need to move slower to control your breathing with the mask on, just slow down.
