Happy valentines day everyone! Today we’ll be hitting two fourteen minute AMRAPS with a little break in between. The first AMRAP will be with your pullup bar and a bike. The reps are lower so it should keep you moving and sets of pull ups or variations whould be unbroken. Burpees should require a jump to around 6″ above your reach. Use the pullup bar for your target.

Your second AMRAP will require a barbell and once again, should be unbroken sets for your hang power cleans and front squats. If you need to break between the movements drop the bar on your 6th hang power clean and use the 7th clean to initiate your front squats when ready. This workout can also be done with dumbbells or kettlebells. Move well and have fun with this one 🙂
