Today, we keep building with our bench press strength with a max set at 90%. Use part A. to build to your 90% then you have one chance to bang out as many reps as you can. If you don’t know your percentages go a little heavier than you did last week. With the additional weight, your reps will be a little lower.

Part B. is three rounds for time. Choose a method for your pushups that is repeatable. Your kettlebell swings should be heavier and done within 2-3 sets.
