Monday 7-11-22 Workout Of The Day

GYM NEWS:

STARKE CLOSED MONDAY AND TUESDAY FIRST CLASS BACK WEDNESDAY JULY 13th @ 6am

It’s been a crazy weekend and undertaking moving from Starke 2.0 to 3.0 and it’s only across the parking lot!

We are lucky to have some amazing people who came out to help and gave up some of their time on such an amazing weekend. Thank you. We would not be as close to being finished as we are now.

There are still a few things that need to be done before holding classes safety wise and we’ve decided to stay closed for the next two days to make sure everything is done properly and that we’re not rushing anything.

Our first class at Starke 3.0 will be Wednesday morning at 6am.

Thank you once again to everyone who came out to help move heavy A$$ mats and move equipment just to move it again because it din’t look quite right 🙂

The gym is looking amazing and we can’t wait to show you what we’ve done.

At Home Workout

For Time
“Grounded”
5 or 10 Rounds of…
400m Run
20 Goblet squats 35/50# +/-
15 Push Ups
10 Weighted lunges (5 / leg not alternating)
5 Burpees

If you have a weight, use a weight OR just go body weight and move through it. We know some of you sick puppies will do 10 rounds. If you want you could do this as a partner workout and alternate working partners 🙂 Have fun!!!
